Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $75! Shipping on orders under $75 will be calculated by size and weight. 

  • We ship our orders through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has shipped.

  • Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated) but please be mindful that we are a small business.

  • Once your package is received by the carrier, it is out of our hands. We have no control over how long it will take to arrive and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check the tracking information provided to get updates about your order. If you are concerned about your order, contact us at info@unfilteredskincare.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

  • Our products are all made from natural ingredients, and are made without synthetic stabilizers and artificial preservatives. Some of our products are prone to melting in hot temperatures (creams, balms & deodorants). Please keep this in mind when ordering during extreme heat or cold. 

  • Did you order a Face Cream and have it shipped to Texas in July, and now it’s all melty? Don’t worry! If your products have melted during the shipping process, just give them a quick stir and place them in your fridge until they’ve hardened (a couple hours should do the trick). After that, just store them at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns at info@unfilteredskincare.com

 

International Orders

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, France, and the UK. Want your order to ship somewhere else? Send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns. Sorry! Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returned product once it’s been shipped out. We’re more than happy to answer questions before you place your order.

DAMAGES + ISSUES

​

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and identify the best way to move forward.
